Head Type: They feature a smooth, domed cup head with a square section underneath. This square section is designed to embed into the timber, preventing the bolt from rotating when the nut is tightened.
Material and Finish: Typically made from carbon or mild steel, these bolts are finished with a hot-dip galvanised (HDG) coating for excellent rust and corrosion resistance.
Metric Sizes: They are available in a wide range of metric diameters from M6 up to M24, and lengths typically ranging from 20 mm to over 400 mm.
