The Sutton Tools D604 Series Glass & Tile TCT Drill Bits are specialized Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) bits designed for smooth, precise drilling in non-toughened glass and up to Class 3 ceramic tiles.
Key Specifications & Features
- 4-Facet Diamond Spear Point: Shaves rather than cuts the material to improve penetration and prevent the glass or tile from shattering.
- Spiral Flutes: Unique among standard glass bits; they extract dust quickly and lower heat build-up so the bit cuts 30% faster.
