Sutton Tools HSS Annular Cutters are industrial-quality, trade-rated core drilling bits. They are engineered primarily for use with magnetic base drilling machines to bore smooth, burr-free holes in tough metals.
Material & Coating Specifications
- M2Al HSS Composition: Manufactured from M2 High-Speed Steel alloyed with Aluminium. This blend offers the ideal balance of toughness, wear resistance, and edge retention under high heat.
- TiAlN Coating: Coated with Titanium Aluminium Nitride. The dark finish significantly increases surface hardness and provides extreme heat protection during high-speed cutting.
- Universal Weldon Shank: Features a standard 3/4" universal shank fitting. It comes with securing flats to fit seamlessly into standard magnetic drills.
